RBA reduces the cash rate to 2.00%. RBA Governor's statement is here. Home loan standard variable rates are around 5.5% by most of the lenders for residential properties. Most of the borrowers are able to secure variable rate of around 4.5%, depending on their circumstances and product chosen.
